The website presents Daily Progress products, allows users to prepare a local cart, account sign-in, sold-out reservations, and, when stock is released, secure paid checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate checkout and delivery information. A paid order is created only after the payment provider confirms payment. We may cancel and refund an order where stock cannot be supplied, fraud is suspected, or information is materially incorrect, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Adding an item to the cart, joining the newsletter, or submitting a reservation checkout does not create a paid sale, deposit, ownership right, or binding obligation to purchase or supply a product.

A reservation does not guarantee stock, size, destination, delivery price, product specification, or final retail price. If paid checkout opens, you will be shown the complete product, trader, price, payment, delivery, returns and cancellation information before purchasing.

Newsletter signup asks Daily Progress to send product-related updates. You may withdraw that request through the contact page. When contacting us, you agree not to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Images, specifications, prices, availability and timing may change. We aim to keep information accurate and will clearly present the final offer before any payment is requested.

Interactive rewards are not currently active. Any future coins, discounts, giveaways, physical rewards, eligibility rules, expiry, and redemption conditions will require separate official terms before use.

We may restrict access or remove invalid submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or Daily Progress.

Daily Progress names, logos, artwork, product visuals, written content, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Daily Progress. Viewing the site does not grant a licence to reproduce or commercially use them.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features. The website is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Progress is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by reliance on preliminary product information or temporary site unavailability.

Complete trader, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, tax, and pricing information must be shown before paid checkout is switched on. We may update these website terms as the service changes. Revised terms apply from their stated date and do not remove rights already attached to a completed order.
